Thailand's Culinary Delights:

I learned about Tom Yum soup on this holiday- which is a vegetable based broth typically with vegetables and your choice of meat (I prefer shrimp). I also ate quite a bit of fresh caught fish with phenomenal spices- the preparation was so unique and tasty! I just wish I knew what I was eating so that I could replicate it at home!

Do not be afraid to try the Mango Sticky Rice- even from street vendors in the city. It's absolutely delicious!

Koh Mook Sivalai Beach Resort

Rest your Body: Koh Mook Sivalai Beach Resort is one of the most incredible experiences of my travel life. The views are sensational, the food is quite good, the service is top notch, and the accommodations are incredibly nice for such a small, remote island.

Culinary Delights: Try the papaya salad at the hotel restaurant!
